A grand opening ceremony was held for the brand new 100,000 sqft Riverstone Kroger on August 31st at Universtiy Boulevard and LJ Parkway. With this new store opening, Kroger has provided their ‘Scan, Bag, Go’ solution. This allows customers to skip the checkout line by scanning their items with their phones or provided handheld scanner.
As you shop, simply scan the items you place in your cart. When you are finished, tap the ‘Pay Now’ button, show an associate at the self-checkout, and head out! That’s it!
The phone app will even provide you with your running total and earned fuel points as you shop!

Step 1
Use your smartphone to scan items as you place them in your cart.
Step 2
As you shop, bag your items just the way you like.
Step 3
Pay using your smartphone or scan the ‘Scan, Bag, Go’ barcode at self-checkout!
